Hello everybody,
Thinking like a lot of people, of whats available for fixed rate deals and the best that i've come up with so far for me are
Abbey/Natwest 5yr fixed 4.99% or a natwest 10yr fixed @ 5.46%
I am strongly thinking about the 10year deal, but was wondering whether anyone has any data/graphs on historical mortgage rates especailly after a recession?
Thanks in advance
