You should then include your partners debts in your soa as well if not all the income is available for your expenses in your SOA.
You are unlikely to be able to wipe your credit cards but you need to contact them either through the CAB or anyother non profit organisation and offer a token payment for £1 per month with a copy of your SOA until you are back on your feet.
With the extra £300 towards the mortgage, the cutbacks suggested and paying £1 to each of your unsecured creditors it looks liek you will be ok.
Although I cant stress enough if you pay nothing else, make sure you pay the mortgage, council tax, gas & elec and food. Good luck.1 debt at a time.

as partners wages pay shopping electric and debts that she has
You (as a couple) need to pay your priority items before you pay unsecured debts in either name. This is therefore mortgage & council tax, food, then gas & elec, then water, the other reasonable household expenses, then whatever is left for unsecured debt repayments - if there is nothing left you need to just pay £1 token payments per month per debt.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

No further suggestions to add as all the previous posts have given you plenty to work on. Certainly contact CCCS or Payplan for advice, won't cost a penny and will be a source of support in these difficult times. You can sort this problem out together, it will be tough at first but you will get there. Read some of the diaries and see how people are working on paying their debts but still managing to have a life. Good luck. One life - your life - live it!0
