I occasionally by their products, I particularly like the Aloe Liquid soap, no tears formula and lasts ages, the Evershield Deodorant stick is good too.

As with most MLM products they tend to be expensive.
That gum you like is coming back in style.

FLP training is probably the best in the industry - the support is great, (plus), the joining fee is very high, the drop out rate for all mlm's is high. http://www.businessopportunitywatch.com/reviews.htm have a review on FLP, you might need to join this review site to access it. I am a member its been worth the small fee for me. There are a few others out there you can consider wikaniko is popular and has good reviews. You've got to get your head around the business concept to make it work. You need a huge amount of dedication as per any business. My biggest advice is not to think this is a get rich quick scheme. You get promised the world then can easily get disappointed when it doesn't happen overnight. I like the concept of MLM but felt that I really couldn't handle the selling part. THey'll say its not really selling you just recommend / natural selling but come on it's selling. These are great ways to earn them money if the products are right ie you love them and you honestly believe you can sell them. Good luck.

No not a distributor. I've been involved in MLMs not anymore. A cosmetics firm. I enrolled with FLP and took a peak then decided it wasn't for me. Within their cooling off period so got my £200 back. I've done a fare bit of reading and research on the industry. So yes they all claim this, but in my opinion they are good on training. I didn't go for it becuase at the end of the day I wasn't convinced that I could sell enough product and I am not good at recruiting and you really need to recruit. If you are good at this game and can stick it out you can do well. Horses for courses. about a 80% drop out in this game within the first three months. period. and I was in the 80%

A couple of things that sprang to mind when reading your post is you have to find a Company whose products you like and want to use yourself whether you were a distributor or not, that have a variety of ways to retail them in case one way doesn't suit you, and most MLM if its more than perhaps £50 a week you want to earn then its a case of grabbing the training the Company offer you, get out of your comfort zone and treat it as an education and learn what you need to learn to recruit and teach and become a leader.

So many people want the rewards of Opportunities but aren't prepared to learn what is needed to be successful, its no different than if you leave school and want to be a Doctor - you have to invest your time in learning all the skills that you need. People don't seem to view MLM in the right way in my personal opinion. In fact i think people join for various reasons and rather than treating it as an extra hobby or similar around their commitments which will build up to a level they can decide which path to take , to make it full time for example they expect things to change quickly and when it doesn;t or they leave their job too early and put themselves under pressure too much they get disillusioned.

I left school, went straight to work and its only in the last 6 years or so that i have realised just because that is the expected route that you can continue educating yourself, learning new skills, open more doors for you and generally realise that there is a lot more to life than work and paying bills and so many people watch TV and haven't picked up a book in years. There are people writing about their life experiences and sharing them through books so doesn't it make sense to learn from these people and gain knowledge so if you get the chance to invest in your future by joining a Business and working it around existing commitments with training thrown in to learn new skills doesn't it make sense to grab it and take it by the horns?

It made sense to me and i'm grabbing it and i can honestly say whether i am successful or not i am enjoying the journey and so many more doors have opened up to me.

I view MLM as a journey which i can do around existing commitments at a pace that suits me (ok i have to invest in start up costs and ongoing costs etc but its no different to a hobby), i am learning new skills, mixing with positive people which is fantastic and over time you get better at what you are doing and you get results.

What i don't understand is why people try something , say its not working and then just quit instead of trying different ways, if you have the passion for something whether its a hobby, a business etc you find a way around the hurdles etc.

Wishing everyone a Happy and abundant New Year whatever they are doing.
