But was at a Bodyshop party at the weekend. The lady used a tinted moisturiser on the girl who was having the "make over" and it did a really good job. Evened out her skin town and gave a really nice finish.
Only comes in one shade - which is supposed to fit all. And all their stuff is supposed to be dermatogically tested.
Can't see it on their website, but remember is was £8.80.
Would have bought one myself, if i didn't already have a stock of foundations and tinted moisturiser. And i am from the pale and interesting skin group.

I like the Tesco Skin Wisdom one - it's about £5 or so.
I recently bought one from Boots Natural Collection range, which was £2 and is fine (only tried it once so far though).
I also have sensitive skin and I am quite fair.0 -
i bought the tesco skin wisdom one and was really disappointed, it gave me no coverage at all and i looked like i had nothing on. i've used the no7 one that came free in one of their free gifts recently and that was good but a little dark for me. the body shop one is brilliant, gives really good coverage!Mummy to

I use this but I've never noticed any difference in the shade of my skin. It has a SPF of 15.
I've used Boots No 7 but found it caked my face like foundation, I didn't like it.
There are two shades in the Olay, I picked up the darkest one by mistake but actually it looks ok, I am blonde with green eyes and I have a bit of a tan here and there, a few people have asked me if I have been on holiday since I started using it, you have to blend and rub into jawline though
for £1.99 its a steal0 -
Just remembered Nivea Visage tinted moisturiser is also good, I used to use it years ago and someone asked me if I had been on holiday, above post just reminded me of this.

Nivea is a good one its not quite as shiny as most and gives decent coverage, you could treat yourself to a foundation and you can mix this with moisturiser yourself to make your own that way hopefully you will get the colour/texture you want and have some foundation if you ever fancy that, very mse 2 for 1:rotfl:you can also mix the foundation with a specific highlighter or primer to customise your product to suit your skin, I do this a lot with EL Doublewear and EL Spotlight I vary the amounts according to how my skin is behaving, also this is a good option if you have sensitive skin as you would still be using moisturiser that agrees with you - hth:)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0

Just thought of something else you could try as well how about mixing some mineral make up with moisturiser I have done this myself and it gives a very light long lasting coverage. Lots of people on here like Elemental Beauty, I thought it was ok but not great I prefer Lily Lolo or if you don't want to buy online Rimmell do a nice talc free one but it does have a shine to it:)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0

Has anyone tried Avon Clearskin Clarifying Cover SPF15?

B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful (sister company to Lush, more make-up/perfume rather than bath/skincare things) do a tinted moisturiser in a variety of shades for a little under £20. I've got sensitive skin and found it really nice - didn't make my super-pale skin look orange, gave a nice coverage but wasn't heavy, and lasted me for ages (I bought mine in July 2008 and still had it as of August this year, and wore it most days).
The only things are it doesn't have SPF in it, has a bit of a tendency to melt in the heat so you might need primer, and B only have a few shops so unless you're in London, Leeds or Poole/Bournemouth (or you can get there) it might be difficult if you like to try before you buy. But it's not a bad buy overall."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0
