Hi There
I am looking for some advice I have been on a pro rata payment scheme since february 09 and all my creditors have accepted my proposals without the help of any cccs. However one company littlewoods direct are bargng me with phone calls and have now asked me to send a financial statement to their debt management dept of which i am offering them 20.00 a month I have a wee boy aged 8 who has a life threatening disease which has deteriated in the past year and I had to leave my job to become his f/time career i have tried explaining to littlewoods that all i can pay is 20.00 which i have been paying since feb 09 but they keep hounding me for more which i do not have enough to give them anymore and do not want to favouritise them over all other creditors. what should i do..help help:mad:

i have arranged this myself by sending all the financial statements and everyone accepted my proposal for 6 months with a review except for littlewoods0

esther45, dont misread my post as a way to get out of paying what you owe, if that is what you wish, contrary to what you may have heard about getting debts written off in the press and elswhere, the CCA is a powerfull tool if your trying to do the right thing, yet they are still hounding you.
