Actually spent quite a bit more today than expected - £2.49 in Tesco on yogurt, pasta, rice and billy bear ham (reduced). Then £45 in Focus for wallpaper and paint for the kitchen (it really does need it tho!)0

Wasn't more than I budgeted for, until.... i treated myself and my sister to lunch at Chiquitos= £16.60

Tonight I am treating myself to a sandwich from subway so that will be about £3-£4, haven't had takeaway for ages so gonna enjoy it!
Also earned £15 voucher for an hours work on a student panel, think it'll be for our local shopping centre so can use at tesco if I'm feeling good :A or on a treat for myself if i'm feeling naughty :rolleyes:

dottyanne, if you are struggling to get your £1000 together, why are you budgeting £3 a day for lunch? I'd have thought you'd have been making sandwiches anyway, or am I missing something?
