Contact information for Mealsavers?

About six weeks ago I got a WEM from Mealsavers, I'd won this comp. I sent them an email with my contact details, but I haven't heard anything from them about when I will receive my prize. The cookery school don't actually have any courses scheduled on their website, and I haven't had any information from them about how I can book the course. Does anyone have a telephone number so I can give them a call and chase it up?

sorry, i can't help, maybe if you ask in the comps. discussions there's lots of helpful people in there that know lots of things what to do if you haven't heard anything from them hth xx

Bumping this 'cos I need more advice. I couldn't find a telephone number for them, so I emailed the ISP, and someone from Mealsavers contacted me
the same day, promising to look into it. He said that he suspected the company that were providing the prize may have gone under, as they'd had problems contacting them. He then emailed me to say that someone from the PR firm would be in touch. It's been three weeks since that email though, and I haven't heard anything (and I've emailed Mealsavers again to say so). Is it reasonable for me to ask them to provide an alternative prize if they can't deliver the original by now? I got the original WEM in mid may and it's now two months later!
