Disassociation

I moved in to care for my father and been sleeping on his sofa for 3 yrs a 2 bed bungalow has become available would it be a good idea to disassocate with CRA due to changing utilities etc everything will be in his name.

I was bankrupt on 20th May

    Southpole, Holes is not saying he doesn't get on with his father. He is asking advice on making sure he is not linked with his father financially so it won't affect him.

    Holes are you linked financly in any way at all? If you think so then check your Dad's CRF's and see if it is mentioned and then he can write the notice.

  • Thanks tiger . No dont have any links . But when we move i thought they may do a credit search and see i am bankrupt

    If your Dad is paying the bills then it won't matter as you are not link ed to him.
