ICE are beginning to feel the strain.....

  • An appeal was only one element of the case. It more to do with correcting a clerical error in a travel to work calculation and put right a factual error by a decision-maker in their interpretation of law when defining me a non-dependant. There's further hearings but I wont need to attend them. The CSA tried to get out of it by setting time limits to file an appeal but there are no time limits for correcting a clerical error or a factual error. Time limits for appeal only apply to a decision that has been correctly addressed to the parties.

Have you considered speaking to a solicitor who offers pro-bono or a free initial consultaton, collate a list of questions, see what you can gleam and it doesn't cost a bean. NACSA offers a subscription based email consultation.

Why have you changed your name to Wasteland Drifter? (I aksed before but you avoided it)

And why did you waste everynes time with your fantasy story under your old username and then come on here as WD and abuse everyone?

You got 'lamblasted' as you put it as you tried to tell a man on here that he had no PRR - and then tried to say that Parental Rights didn't exist.

You talk about 'keyboard warriors' - at least people on here have the guts to say what they say under their own username and not run away and hide and make another...hopefully with your costs awarded for your Tribunal you will be able to buy new shoes:D but keep away from that JD mind, we all know how partial you are to it:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Oh yeah...btw - the old username was Mothballed. There's only one muppet round here sunshine and it's the one that tells lies......weirdo
  • old username? had a bad hair day did you? looking at your 2000+ post count you have been spending far too much time on the internet my charlie.

    Jacklink/Charlie/jacquelinenicholas are all one person

WD/mothballed are also one person...trolls I think is the appropriate term

mothballed also used to come out with the 'you've been spending too much time on the internet' line as well when people started pointing out the HUGE inconsistencies in his posts. Bless:D

    Isn't that weird?
I to, have had letters from people called 'decision makers'. They proudly put their name at the bottom of a letter, and then their title within the csa as 'decision maker'.

Usually though, and quite funnily, they do not make decisions. It's laughable really.

Shall I post a name or two? Or isn't that allowed?

ICE can only look at a case but dont have any power other than make a recommendation, but even then the csa dont need to take any notice of it. Appeal is the best way if you have a real issue with your case. If its a handling issue you dont really have much hope other then actual finacial loss route via the new judicial review route

It does not surprise me in the least ICE are bottling under the strain. Some clever people up on Mt Parnassus decided that you couldn't bypass ICE and go straight to the PO. Why? Probably because the PO couldn't deal with the strain. Obviously it has just moved the goal post and now people that need help are having to wait even longer stuck in the black tunnel.

CMAC - Please can you give everyone more information about the new JR route. How has it changed from the old way ( the journey I went through ) ? Thanks.
