Hi there,
I find it helps to have a shelf in the fridge which is just for 'things that need using up'. Hubby and i always look there first to see what to have for lunch / make packed lunches with etc.
What a fantastic idea, and so simple too! Much easier than the list on the door that I've been doing 0
