Cathy, didn't you know it was illegal to get home from work and start tidying up?

I think I'm going to have to report you to the comping/compers inn police! :rotfl:

Hey Amilucky? when we rented out where we are living now, the owners (who were moving out) allowed me to arrange broadband installation to tie up with the day we moved in - Telewest (as it was then, now Virgin) came around a few days before we moved in to look at the house for installation purposes so it went smooth as a baby's bum on the day we moved in & took on the lease :)

Could you ask to see if they'd let you start preparations? Can't hurt :o

I wish that the bungalow was cable enabled as it's so easy to re-subscribe but unfortutunately BT and Sky are still living in the dark ages and re-connection takes a considerable bit longer :(

Could you not call sky now to get them to do the reconnetion asap which would enable them to get the connect sorted , then on moving day they could come out and do the other bits?
Think it's about time the comping fairy remembered where I am! lol
