    :hello: Everyone,

I just had a City Link card  I had gone to the pub next door to give something to the manager and came back in and came on here,I went down to my postbox and opened it and the city link card was there, they had come at 2.30pm today with my Boffer order  I now have to wait in tomorrow all day for it which is important. On phone to City Link to see what time the parcels will come tomorrow roughly.

    love and light,

    Katie xxx

oh no how annoying hun ! They probably wont give you a time for delivery babes but from my experience they usually follow similar routes and therefore it will probably be a similar time tommorrow as it was today give or take an hour either way. So my guess is it will be between half 1 and half 3 but watch me go and be radically wrong now !!!!

Re: £65 delivery charge, i just wondered if it was a genuine comeptition that you won it in or could it be a free goods but extortionate postage sort of scam?

Thanks pudding , just heard back from the company and they have a delivery charge that they would expect me to pay for items the voucher is purely for the items not delivery. so for me to get my £70 items i would have to pay for the carriage (£65) even though i won a £250 they see it more as a discount voucher it seems. In all honesty i wouldn't pay for delivery on any 'win' item so i'm going to leave it i wouldnt' be able to collect and fighting it seems a waste of energy that i could use comping.

Did you win the £250 from them or from somewhere else?

thats awful lisa78. When I won my Ecocentric voucher they did say the value of my order would have to be more than the £100 voucher for it to work, however it could have been just a penny over including delivery, it was just the only way their system could handle the voucher apparantly. So in the end I got something like £103 worth of stuff for £3. Thats a far cry from what you are being asked to do though. How can they justify such ridiculous delivery charges anyway? Surely they never sell anything ? Definitely take it further hun, dont give up xxxx.

us hould let edwin mutton know of them xx
I may well do it was a win through wales at home so i've emailed them to let them know. The stuff on this particular website although very pretty is very expensive for what it is for the £250 there was very little that i could have bought. I'll see how it goes they have an email off me which they didnt' reply too, they got in touch over the order i didn't complete! When i phoned them back they said about the delivery charge and he said that they expected it to be treated as a discount off a larger item! if i could afford that i wouldn't be entering competitions to win stuff:confused:
