pml, well, he has to keep the brand going I guess, I love some of his recipes too, he just uses way too much olive oil in everything for me so I adjust it to suit us better
and I have to confess the pan I have from his range (a win
) is wonderful and I'm gonna be nagging the OH to get me a full set

Well I never pay attention to oil so I hadn't noticed

This is the one I have, I have to say I was scared to use it at that price (it was £70 then) but it's amazing, nothing sticks, everything cooks evenly and it's just a really great pan...................I need the rest now though
Same here Ive got the long handle one, and bought another to take to Cyprus, fantastic pans, your right nothing sticks!...People who live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones...

And of course I'll post a pic! Well most of my wins this year are on facebook so I'll probably just put the photo there unless it's something really good but I doubt it.. Probably just a recipe book. In the past he's said what the prize is but he didn't todayI asked him and he said it depended whether I cooked
