    NNW they will have a number at the bottom of the letter under the card called account number, i search my emails for it which then shows me what date and time i had the win and then i search my emails for magnum and find the claim for which the date is same and time is close and then i know the user and pass code.

    does it annoy anyone else when people reply to posts in IWIWIW to say congrats when they obviously haven't even read the first post!?

    Cheers GC :beer: it worked but actually realised that the winning email says please quote account code xxxxx and you can find the same code on the letter to which the card is attached just above the activation code yayyyy that was £50 will be buying some cloths gift vouchers for him tomorrow...the rest will go towards a Ipod for my nephew's gift ...thank you thank you thank you PPD :j:j
