    Toni, I normally stir in some mayo if it's just for OH or use a cheese sauce if it's for both of us (I cant stand mayo)

    Morning
    Toni try a spoon of yougert big squesse of lemon salt and pepper, mix really well till runny, pour over salad, goes great on chicken salad.(and its low fat)

    I would say roast the chicken, you could chuck the peppers in there as well and they will go lovley and sweet, chopped up and added to the salad.

    Been doing so much execrise, doing a 1hour in the pool every day in this weather,fealing really healthy !!
    Knowing the hoilday is comming soon is the best inspiriton ever!
    A whole month in Cyprus, :j Iam so excited...
