Hello again.
Bunnies have started chewing the new hutch already. Bought them a willow ball today which I was going to give them another day but think I need to give them something to chew! Stuck double sided tape over the bit they've chewed - it's supposed to put them off - hope I don't go outside to two stuck bunnies later!
Last day of the no sugar diet today. There were two reasons - one was a personal challenge to see if I can actually get control of my diet and not give in, the other was to reduce my appetite and craving for sugary foods like cake, chocolate and sweets. Time will tell if I've managed the second, but I've definitely done a whole month with no cake, chocolate, sweets, ice cream, full fat fizzy drinks etc. I've had loads more fruit and drunk loads more water, and it's got easier as the month as gone on. My friend brought in cake on Friday and it was easy to say no - I didn't actually fancy it. I will be treating myself to some icecream and maybe a packet of randoms (still got my three packs I won earlier in the month in the cupboard!) tomorrow, but the idea is not to go back to eating cake and sweets every day like I was before. I really hope I've made a change for the better.
Oh year, meant to say I got no wins in the post or wems etc today but did get the £50 sponsorship from Adelaide Insurance who did that because they couldn't cover me to ride the Harley. Thought it was a nice thing to do. So I've added that to our total and we're now at over £1100!Life is all about the journey.0 -

ppd, did rascal come home ?He's forever bringing in things (usually shrews) in various states from dead and half-eaten to fully active! It's horrible watching him torture them because I love nature.
I can't see any injuries on this one but it's looking very scared. I've put it in a box with a load of soil and grass until I get the cats in for the night - if I put him out now, he'll have no chance because they'll only find him again and finish him off. Not sure he's going to make it though.
I love cats but they can be so cruel.2017 Wins: £200 (Total since 2008: £43,827!)Best wins: £5000 with ITV , Trips to New York fashion week/Malta/Lake Como/Paris/London/St Mellion spa, iPhones, iPad, TVs, vouchers

Well done on the sponsorship splodz. xx And well done too on the no sugar diet, hopefully now you'll be able to just enjoy the odd thing without feeling guilty, and it doesn't become a craving. You've done really well. xEXTRA GOOD LUCK EVERYONE FOR 2015. XXX

Thanks Jenni and PP. You guys on here know I found it a real challenge - was really tough, especially at the beginning. I hope it will have made a long term difference, living on sugar as I was doing is not a good healthy way to be!Life is all about the journey.0
