I very very rarely eat sweet stuff, never crave it or even think about it, but today I had the urge! You have to do it sometimes don't you? Just hits the spot. Hope you're doing ok breeze. xxxxxxx

It's so muggy here - horrible! I love the sunshine and the heat but this isn't nice. Had a few spots of rain but no sign of anything heavy enough to clear it.

OH has just ordered pizza for dinner yum.

had lovely walk down by river today with lo and mum, still quite hot though and yet again, didnt put on suncream!

got a lovely compliment about my weight today, brother noticed my weight loss, which is nice as dh has not seemingly noticed!:rolleyes:

not done comps since yesterday so guess id better catch up:rotfl::rotfl:

am ok thanks,
i try not to eat too much sweet stuff, but im very bad at avoiding it,
i did buy an awful lot of not healthy stuff yesterday.:D
