I woke up this morning with a sore throat, now I've got a full blown cold! Full of snot and feel grotty.

I'll have to see if wine helps. :rolleyes:

Hi All
Just wanted to say that i took my dog to vets yesterday to be pts, the cancer was huge, she lasted for longer than i thought she would, and although she was still very waggy tail and ears pricked to see me, she had lost so much weight, was starting to struggle to eat, too hot and breathless in weather, and look awful, i took her before she started to suffer any worse.
was so hard, as you never know when is the right time. but also relief as she wont suffer any more.
am going to buy a rose to plant in garden in memory of her.
same day as mj. RIP both.
THANKYOU so much for the support you all gave me when i found out,

i hope everyone is OK, and winning loads.

on a happier note i had wem telling me i have won £250 in high street shopping vouchers of my choice, only thing is, i don't know what the choice i?
can't wait to spend it though. hasnt sunk in yet.

HELLOOOOOO!!!

Just had time to catch up on the pages I had missed from today. Sad about MJ and I do hope that the tortured part of his soul can now rest in peace. Can't believe they are searching for his doctor tho! Bizarre.

Had a FAB day today comps wise. Got home from my volunteering job at the Food Bank to find my first comping red card! Bless him, my postie wrote on it "Parcel under raincover on trailer tent - thanks"! So didn't need to trudge down to the PO. It was the Clipper win - two boxes of tea bags.

Just settled down to comp and chat and checked emails and I had a WEM from Goodtoknow to say that I had won a Cheese & Wine Hamper. Six cheeses, four bottles of vino and some Phileas Fogg snacks! That will do nicely thank you very much.

DH gone out to get us a payday curry (we only have a takeaway curry now on Payday!) so will disappear soon but want to get as many comps done till the end of June because I want to catch up with my housework this weekend!

Well done to all winners - seem to be loads of great prizes being won today and hugs to everyone.
