Looks like average of 15 miles a day or similar for 14 days... wow. Have done a marathon (a walking one along a coastal path) which was really hard work. But I do love walking distance, in the countryside. Hmmmm will have to think about it! Think she's wanting to youth hostel it so that would be ok. Let's get the bike trip done first!!

I think she did it in 12 days - also stayed in youth hostels and she loved doing it :) But yes maybe one challenge at a time lol :)

I won my laptop case early in the morning as well could well have been around 2.30am on the night I couldnt sleep have you a link for the site you saw the prizes on will believe it's worth that when I see it lol

I really don't believe the price they have for it but apparently it's a limited one (only a few ways to get hold of it and only a few being sold through this site only) and a good designer (I probably would be more impressed if I knew who he was wouldn't I??)

It's here anyway and clicking on the info thing next to the price says that about being about half receomended price

How long before the cravings stopped pp? I've been off it three weeks now, really proud of myself actually as I was a complete sugar addict, but some days I really really struggle to stick at it. Only 9 days left of my sugar free month (I AM going to do it!) but I was hoping to have got rid of the cravings so I only had cake and ice-cream OR sweets etc occasionally rather than ALL of those things daily like before!

stopped within a week and never once craved any sugar, so i dont know what happened yesterday, all got too much for me i think:rotfl:

even just to reduce your sugar intake will help, have you noticed any difference in the 3 weeks? more energy, better moods etc?

I think my body was actually being held together with processed sugar. :o Some days I was eating nothing much else. And not doing any exercise. Very bad for my health and weight.

I've gradually got more energy I think, and I'm feeling full and am not snacking anywhere near as much (proper meals have helped that ). So it must be helping!
