where do i start?

hi all.
ok here i go....i have about £20000 on cards+£15000 on loans.just split from wife+the house went up for sale today.(we owe £100000.might get that+pay of mortgage).
im in scotland,i think+hope BR is for me.
ive been reading a lot about this on here,but ive not been taken notes,so can anyone tell me,
1.how do i start to go BR?
2.who do i call first?
3.when do i tell my creditors?
4.what forms do i fill in?
5.can i get them from this site?
ive not missed any payments yet,but as of next month im only go to pay some of them.
we have agreed to pay mortgage untill house is sold.
i will be moving in with my sister.
(council house).
all this is putting a lot of stress on me,i hope there is light at the end of the tunnel..

6. Strange course of action, if you have equity the OR will snatch it, if you have no equity but have decided to leave, why pay?
and why pay "some", these could be seen as "preferential creditor payments" and snatched back...
Once you have decided BR is the only way forward you may as well cease all payments and save the money for after0 -
the debt is all in my name,the mortgage is joint,thats why we will keep paying it till its sold,
its on the market for OFFERS AROUND £110000.
if we got this amount there would be about £8000 between us after all bills to do with selling house+mortgage are paid,im thinking about going BR in the next 3 or 4 months,hopefully house will be sold by then.any profit i recive will go towards BR fess+renting accomodation.

your half of the Bi /Equity is a goner if you go BR, assuming you CAN sell it...0
