First Revenue Assurance

Has anyone dealt with this company? I want to make an offer to clear a debt they bought. Anyone with the current phone number / address?

TIA

Moneylexic, the OP had a creditor try to petition for his BR and pull out at the last minute and he is trying to negotiate with them. He has booked a date just incase it doesn't work out he has booked a date for himself which he will cancel if he is sucessful.

Sorry Merc. no experiance of them, might be asking on the DFW board as they have a bit more experiance of F&F's than us.

OK I've sent a letter (copy kept in my BR File) offering to pay the full amount of the debt I owe HSBC but not any legal fees or interest added to my debt. Hopefully it will be accepted. I've given them 7 days to reply either way.

Had a phone call from the Vertex solicitors. Said they are waiting for a response to my offer from their clients. I told them that if the BR went ahead I'd roll up all my debts which means Veretx would get naff all so I advised them to take the offer. Also told them I no longer have any interest in my proeprty as per a Court Order dated April 2008 and I now live in rented accommodation. The are getting back to me ASAP.
