Buying from the US (I want to)

Hi, with the exchange rate being so favourable at present I want to buy some stuff from US websites.
The problem is the sites don't ship international.
I seem to recall a service run from the US that will accept the delivery on your behalf then forward it you at cost plus a small fee for their time.
Does anyone know of this service.
Thanks in advance...

Many will...just have a hunt around.
Or try EBay0 -
I came accross this problem and don't understand why these companies can't be more creative. I even offered to add the cost of post/packaging (courier where appropriate) which all they had to do was add to my credit card transaction in advance. I was talking to Nintendo America and there may have been cotractual reasons why they could not do so (such as a reciprocal agreement not to interfere with a European part of the business). Perhaps some smaller retailers who see the logic of this and benefit to this could be pursuaded if they are enterprizing enough.0

I am actually looking for a baseball cap from the New York Mets website for my brother in law, so they aren't that flexible and as it's a specific product, eBay may not be the answer.0

That site is very interesting, has anyone used it before?0

Many sites do deliver overseas. I hardly went to the high street this Christmas at all. gearthatgives.com and novica.com were the main ones i used. 7dayshop is based in Jersey and do great discounted digital cameras and attachments, need to pay some import tax from there though, still great deals to be had.0
