My first one arrived this morning-have another one on order but no cancellation as yet!Course then I went and deleted the cookie so can't track it!! doh!! Cheers AlanThanks to all who post constructively.

HI-I think it's because I used another mailing address from codehot and my existing cookie always comes up. My existing cookie is from way back when I first registered with virgin. I followed the instructions as to where to go to see them BUT how do I find my original one - I'm sure I don't really have to trawl through- do I? Also how do I identify it - will it necessarily have Virgin next to it? Sorry not used to digging in the bowels of my computer but Alanshave has got me going!!!0

When you go to the home page, it 'welcomes' you as the customer it recognises.
There's a link for saying you're not that person, which then takes you to a form.
I clicked on the link
- closed the window when the form came up
- opened a new window and went bak to home page
- it then asked me to log in, having not assumed I was the person they expected.

Thanks for trying jailhouse babe. Can't get in any more nomatter what - am going to wait until tomorrow when my wine is due. I can see from my inbox that there are no messages from virgin so think I will just leave it well alone and hope for the best.0

If you go into virginwine website
login with email address and password click on trace order and it should tell you what happening

Oh thank goodness - that was driving me mad!!! What happened was my new address had a mixture of caps and lower case and log in is case sensitive PLUS because I had asked to be reminded of my password they had sent me a new one!! It appears I'm still being assembled so not too hopeful, but you never know! Thanks for the offer of help though...0
