There doesn't seem to ba anywhere where I put in my current monthly payments to creditors on my SOA, is this correct or have I missed it?

You're supposed to do a statement of income and expenditure showing how you will live after BR, so don't include the amount you are currently paying to creditors.
The OR will know that in the past you have not spent what you needed to in order to keep up payments, one of the reasons you are going bankrupt is to return to a decent standard of living.
The allowances the OR will make for expenditure is generous compared to someone on a DMP but there is no leeway for emergencies so you will have to make sure that all your needs are covered
