I have seen references to a Lakeland outlet. Googling gets me a past reference to this site, but it now comes up 'page cannot be displayed'.Other leads all get me to US sites. Does it ring bells with anyone, particularly in relation to Radley handbags?
Thanks

http://www.outletvillages.com/ is worth a look.
Certainly Ellesmere Port McArthur Glen outlet has a Tula/Radley outlet shop - I got a lovely Tula leather bag reduced from £120 to £40 a few months ago. It also has a Lakeland outlet - the clothes store, not the lovely kitchenware placeThe IVF worked;DS born 2006.0 -
Thank you all. I had wondered about it being a typo for the Lakeside outlet, but I've been there, and didn't see a Tula/Radley shop. And the York McArthur Glen hasn't so far had them, so it calls for a more distant outing. When the spring weather arrives, perhaps!0

There is a Tula/Radley/Hidesign outlet in Braintree Freeport Outlet in Essex - you can get there from Liverpool St station in London.

Taking further advantage of all you:
Liberty used to have a factory shop in Burnley, but it closed. They had an outlet shop in the York McArthur Glen, but that went too. Does anyone know if they've opened again anywhere else?0 -

Hello wendym
The Yorkshire Outlet is known as Doncaster Lakeside. I've visited this outlet and others in the region like, Freeport Castleford (A big complex with lots of stores) Freeport Hornsea (quite small) and McArthur Glen York (all stores are indoors/under cover).
On my travels in Scotland, I've also visited Sterling Mills outlet at Tillicoultry near Stirling.
To get further information on these sites (list of stores and directions etc), look at the www.shoppingvillages.com web site.
Happy shopping.

There's a Lakeland shop at Gun Wharf in Portsmouth.
Really good one too - and lots of Radley. I bought the Radley briefcase there just before Christmas for about £70. (Should be £150).
