Perhaps the ITV comps and magazine comps should have their own threads on the 'regular comps' board to solve the problem of duplicate posting because I think there are always going to be people who aren't aware of the board etiquette?
BTW, I was a newbie here not so long ago and I've never been spoken to sharply or found the board to be in any way elitist. Everyone here has been lovely to me.
I mean you have to have some rules and structure on a board which is heavily used or there would be anarchy and no-one would be able to find the comps!

if i had known all this fuss would have happened because of me posting the comp, i wouldn't have done it, i'm going to ask someone to delete the whole comp & thread or lock it

I'm not sure what's happening on the forum at the moment.

There does seem to be a lot of bickering, and I suspect if it hadn't come out in this thread it would have occured in a different one.

I had refrained from posting until now but don't want you to feel you've done anything untoward at all
