Advantage remortgage offer

On the 18th June we redemed our mortgage with Advantage. Also on the 18th of June we were sent a letter from Advantage saying if we switched our mortgage to another lender we could have £10,000 cash allowance towards our mortgage. I would like to know where we stand with regards claiming this money. I had been on the phone to Advantage the prior week and not one person mentioned that this is something that would be offered to us. and by sending us this letter on the same day as completing its like rubbing salt into a wound. Does anyone have any advice??

I have phoned the legal company this morning asking them to undo the completion they are looking into it. I have not yet spoken to Advantage.0

AFAIK if the mortgage is completed, then it's completed.
What I don't understand is why you haven't spoken to Advantage?0 -
