I have a question - I'm not sure that I've got 100 left to throw away with all the throwing/giving to charity shop/selling/recycling etc that I've done so far this week. The house is pretty much rubbish free at the moment. So, does that mean that I won't be able to get past level one?DFW Nerd 941 Proud to be dealing with my debt

fedup its only natural to be nervous honey - the first couple of sessions will be strange but I am sure you will find it helpful - I went about a year after my father died and it changed the way I looked at things and it helped me sort out all sorts of issues not just on the bereavement side - I had to go to the local pyschiatric (sp) hospital which was quite scary so getting it at home should be better for you.fedupandskint wrote: »Feeling mega tired today and CBA after waking up to an incontinent Mr old dog again for the 3rd day running. I know he can't help it as he is mega old but it still grinds me down.
Bereavement counsellor rang to arrange the first appt yesterday after an 8mth wait from me referring myself. Feel nervous about it now as she is coming to the house aswell. Still see how it goes next week. It's only now I feel I can face up to this 3yrs later, so deep breath.
Will look for some easy things to do off the list later on and then take Mr young dog out for a long walk later on today to get out in the fresh air and not just housework all day.
can you put down a waterproof sheet or something that will help the old doggy overnight - its hard when they get to that stage.
boddy what a lovely thing you are all doing for the birthday lady xx
hugs and tissues to all the hayfever sufferers - hope it passes quickly - not nice xxx
FFP - you and Ms Beatson both crease me with your tales and posts - thank you both for the smiles you give us all:A:A
Dusty :T:T congratulations to DS2 for his gold award - thats brilliant - and to you for being his Mum. Hope the AWOL puddy comes back soon - its a bit of a worry when its someone else's.Dustykitten wrote: »Toots good luck with taking it easy, I so don't see that happening.
DS2 got a gold award in his maths challenge which is great, he was very matter of fact as usual
I'm feeding a neighbours cat and it is AWOL this morning - hope it turns up later.Dustykitten wrote: »Toots good luck with taking it easy, I so don't see that happening.
Dusty I am shocked and flabbergasted even.....oh yee of little faith....:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: yes you know me pretty well now .... but I will try ... just for you.:A
Blimus no honey - if you have done all the throwing that you can then you can delete it and move on - maybe you will find more bits during the day - remember every fiddly little thing counts. but if you havent reached 100 and there is still stuff to sort through then you cant delete it but you could leave it on your list for now and move on to something else - hope that makes sense.
Have got washed, dressed, medicated, and teeth done.
WM has just finished its conditioner rinse so that is next
toots xxPeace will be mine
could do better - must try harder
Live each day as if its your last
