Oooh nearly forgot - triker, can I join you on flinging 100 things a day. I've defintely got the 'chucking things out' bug this week (when haven't I got it!).
Yep, lets get going then, although mines already packed up ready to be deposited.;)
Are you going to keep count, last time, OH looked at me in a 'omg she's finally lost it' way when I marched round the house chuntering '1,2,3,4,..............246,247,248...' :rotfl:

Nope Firefox isn't the security thing, for some reason I thought you had Firefox. Hmm maybe it was someone else that is also having troubles with smilies. Regarding the link for the smilies, there are four lines of different codes - I think it is the first link you copy over. Just keep copying one of the links and then preview the post, you should get it that way. The other thing I thought of, you might have the disable smilies in text button ticked in the additional options on the advanced section of replying. If so, untick it.. Other than that, it could be Norton, if not then I am at a loss..toochoosey wrote: »just been reading a thread on Netmums about housework and one lady cleans her whole house, top to bottom twice a day!!!!! including the bathroom and bedrooms, is that excessive or am I totally lazy for a SAHM?
Oh, and welcome newbies, xx
Me thinks she is exaggerating, either that or she needs to get a life..toottifrootti wrote: »thats some list natty - take it steady now - I have a peace lily and its only producing an occasional flower and they dont always open but just wither - what am i doing wrong?
It might be watered too much, I water mine about one a week, and that is from the bottom up. I usually just dump some water in the container that the pot is sitting in and then let the plant drink it at it's own leisure. The other thing is that it could be too cold in the room, in the wrong place or just need repotting. Mine decided to flower this year after having a rest last year, kind of surprised me as I thought I had killed the flowering side of it..lol
And re the list, it's a long list but it is to be done over 7 days, and can always be carried over to next week if not done. So I won't fret if it isn't done. Also a fair bit can be done while I am sitting watching t.v. or just generally vegging out..lol

Hi aunty crafty:hello: have you worked out a schedule for your next assignment yet?:p I am trying to be good but I am struggling with that too - its difficult getting my head round my 'new' lifestyle.
soappie -thats great about the mortgage - fingers crossed then that the valuation is ok - hope you get knuckled down to the book this week - I may have missed it on last week's thread how was the beef?
triker it may be just a spadeful but its a start - and you did very well with the 60 in 60 challenge before so 100 things a day will be very good and you will soon see a difference.
pauper1 good to see you posting again - it is hard to keep up with the posting when things get busy at home.
gsysezz heellloooooo!! of course you can back and what a great incentive to get into routines - both for your Ds and for the electricians/heating engineers - I got my place re-wired 2 years ago and despite being what i thought was organised it never quite works out that way so be warned and take this opportunity to give the house a good going over!! Hope Ds recovers from his bug this week.
AnW's Mum :hello: oooooooh I am all excited as to what your MACAW might be (I think I have an idea as we have talked about something you need to get going already) remember the shoe sale! And stop rubbing your eyes (hug)
grateful awh hug for the sore fingers and the tonsilitis - take it easy or you will feel wrecked
sexy hope the visit goes well - yes I agree its a long drive but as you say if it would allow you to finish then you would put up with it.
MOJ2 thanks for the explanation - oh yes I remember him:rolleyes: No wonder she was over the moon!
nikflo baby wipes are really good for cleaning leather - you may need to do it a few times to get it back to normal.
swinstie - its ok honey I will put you on my wee list and pigpen will pick you up from there at the end of the week if not before!
Jo honey have you had yourself checked out - maybe you are anaemic? hopefully its just been stress and all the work and once you get into a routine with your part-time work you will begin to feel better - a few early nights might help too.
this is it awh have a huge squishy hug for starters - of course you can join us and it sounds like you need to - dont be overwhelmed - if you stick to the lists as best you can and in 2/3 weeks you will see a difference - I will send you a pm shortly.
liamsmum welcome to you to - 2yo assistants are not known for being good at their job:rotfl: I hope the lists help - i will send you a pm too.
