Question on BR

Hello all, I've currently stoped paying any of my creditors as im going to go BR as soon as i can. I just wanted to know now im not paying them can i use my wages to pay some family that i owe money to and save some for a depoist on a rented property and the court fees!! would it affect my case for BR when i go court and would the OR ask me about this?? Any help would be gratefull

Saving for a deposit and court court fees are fine. Paying back the family member could lead to problems as you would be favouring one creditor over the other, especially this close to BR and when you have stopped paying other creditors - the OR may ask for the money back and it may lead to a BRO/BRU for you.0

wouldnt be allowed to pay family members back really....the OR could see this as creditor preference and thats a big no no the OR would give you a hard time.....nothing to stop you saving for a deposit for a place though

Just 1 more thing, i had a car that was worth £4000, now i had a loan against the car from log book loans (nasty company) for £3000, they were going to reposses my car so my mum paid the creditor the 3k and now she owns the car, will the OR want that car back from my mun??0
