New Asda website - are your cookies enabled?

I have been having problems and I hope someone can help. After shopping for 18 months with no issues, now I can't even get on the website - I have an Applemac and use Safari. When I log onto groceries it tells me i have to enable my cookies before i can shop with them. The prob is my cookies are already enabled!!!! I phoned customers services and after explaining I didn't want to buy actual cookies and them
and putting me on hold they told me that there was a fault with the connection with Safari and to use Firefox instead. This worked but i was assured that the 'problem would be reported to their manager'...seven days later I am still having to run firefox just to shop. Any one else having a similar prob?
