kip mcgrath

I'm not sure if this is in the right place but I have been looking into buying a franchise from Kip McGrath which is a after school tutorial centre for school children. Has anyone experience of this either as a customer or as a manager/franchise owner?
There is an initial outlay of £12,500 I believe but there are sure to be other costs involved. As I am a teacher rather than a business person I would welcome advice before I take my interest any further.

If the £12500 is for the name and material, then you'll have to buy/rent a suitable location.
Often franchise companies will vet the location before they deem it suitable for use.

You have to ask yourself, is their demand in your area ?, can the parents afford to pay the money required ?
I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.
