Being charged for using WAP!!

in I wanna buy it or do it
I have o2 online sim card with free texts and 300 mins free WAP as long as I top up by £10 a month. I am being charged for using WAP which were supposed to be free. Does anybody know why? Thanks

    I got an e-mail from mycare asking me loads of questions about my name, phone number, method of top up etc. The problem is, it's an unlocked orange nokia and I only use the o2 online sim card. To answer somebody else question, the settings was sent to me by text. Do you people get the free wap? Thanks.

    Don't know, what are the correct settings for using the free WAP? According to the letter I got with my 02 sim card, it says free WAP access only applies to WAP calls made via short code 915000 or 07712927927. Does that mean I have to do something to my phone, got no clue what to do.

    make sure you are using GSM to access and not GPRS

    I also received over £80 of call charges which included calls to 07712927927. I am supposed to have free unlimited web usage as part of my o2 simplicity plan. Surely they should honour this if they are still operating this number for their web server?
    Has anybody had any luck with them thus far?
