I suggest you make time to talk to your employee assistance programme. Different bits of the NHS may not all offer hte same service, but I am sure they have something which may have advice on how to break the reliance on taxis (how far would it be to walk or cycle?) and if you can afford to carry on repaying your debts or need to sacrifice your credit rating and stop paying what they demand. But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Have you thought about applying for DLA to help with the extra costs incurred with taxis for your panic attacks? Not a solution long term but might help your situation now.0

We can tweek your SOA in little bits, but over £500 a month is about 1/4 of your salaries, and we just can't tweek that much. There are some small savings to be made here, groceries are very high for two people even with all the pets. Honestly, you need to contact CCCS for free debt advice, because your situation is getting worse month by month.
I'm not about to suggest you cancel WoW however I would say get rid of the gym and sky. You need one entertainment outlet or you'll go crazy, and WoW has almost endless content to keep you busy. It also is a great social outlet, so might help with the panic attacks (met my OH on WoW, so I really believe it can be a positive force!). You don't need all 3 though, and your current lifestyle is going to cause you to go bankrupt. Honestly, I think your mortgage is too big compared to the salaries, so you need to go interest only until you clear all the other debts.
Myself and my OH do the £10 a day challenge at £20 a day, I really think you could consider doing something like this with your online time. We spend around 30 hours a week between us doing extra earners online, free scratchcards, surveys, mystery shopping, selling on ebay etc. This turns in around £600 a month, but it does take time and effort. While we were clearing the debt my OH had a second job at a call centre in the evenings working 5-9pm 4 evenings a week. It wasn't pleasant, but it got us out of the mess in super quick time and we can now look forward to our future together.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
Debt September 20th 2022 £2991.68- 96.92% paid off0
