:TThanks for this, at the moment spending £6.50+ on persil for 42 washes which am lucky if does a month, probably need 3 over 10wks so am gonna go for this, great saving of about £14 every little helps maybe get greedy and buy 10 packs lasting me until november ish! saving over £40 -- maybe doesnt sound a lot but if only i could do tthat with every day to day item!

We never use more than 50% of the amount of wash powder/liquid recommended to be used by the makers unless the clothes are dirtier than normal. This is because much of the cleansing is done by the action of the water, not the powder/liquid. I'm sure you knew this already but doesn't do any harm posting it. The info came from my brother in law who works for Proctor & Gamble.

The Asda at Milton Keynes didn't have any of their own brand in stock but they did have DAZ 20 wash liquid bottles reduced to £1. Needless to say we stocked up on them LOL
