An easy choice on the poll
What's interesting is the amount of "bears" gnashing and wailing in the other poll thread on a friday night. Let that serve as a warning to what sort of life you'll end up with if you turn to the bearsideThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. Mmmm, I havent voted as I'm not sure, I'm not bitter or skint, so I guess I must be a bit tight:D, although I still believe there is someway to go, and as I can save quite a lot each month, I don't see the point in buying until prices begin to rise, and because I can move quickly (the time it takes for a viewing and phone call), I'll not miss the bottom when it finally arrives.
So to sum up I don't want to spend money on something that the market and I still see as over valued.0 -
im still dripping money into the market.
But i have to say that im a bit fed up in takeing part in rights issues at the moment.:jYou can have everything you wont in lfe, If you only help enough other people to get what they wont.:j0 -

You can be an "other" I had to be one on the other post.:)0 -
Can't change it now. I could have put up "Lidl Trolley Dolly" for you if I knew you were on tonight.
Sorry to late to change it now.:)0 -
I voted 'other' - they're too busy being Catholic or carping in the woods or something.0

Also, I'm not seeing that mortgages are easily available yet though I readily admit I could be wildly wrong on that. My feeling is that lenders are behaving very strangely at the moment and I have absolutely no idea whether they'd give me a mortgage at the moment despite having a large deposit. Until I can work out the logic of lending then I'm going to bide my time and save.
(This extends to other credit also. I was declined for a Sainsbury's CC but six weeks later my current CC doubled my available credit unasked. This is a company that has never made a penny from me. I can't fathom the logic of either of these decisions. Yes, I'm still bitter about not getting the Nectar points!)).0
