Got my Xbox 360 Premium (don't bother with the Core) with Ghost Recon : Advanced Warfighter for £299.99 in Gamestation.
Included in the box was a postcard detailing this offer. 3 issues of Official Xbox 360 Magazine for £6.
Just wait for the £6 to be taken and then cancel your Direct Debit to ensure it doesn't revert to normal cost after the first quarter.

Note that the postcard states this offer ends in 28 days but don't see how that would work as it surely depends on when the console is purchase. No specific expiry date is given.
