Existing Abbey Customer New Deal

Just thought I would let any other abbey customers know that I called today and they could offer me the following deals to fix my mortgage;
1 Year fixed - 4.59% + £599 booking fee + £125 transfer fee, or;
2 Year fixed - 4.99% + £125 transfer fee
These are both on a 90% mortgage. Not bad I thought considering Abbey's SVR is 4.24%
I am going to fix for 2 years as have a little one on the way and need to know where I am money wise!
