Hi
I need more help lol. I'm waiting a AIP at the moment and we have a solicitor. If we get a AIP do the mortgage company tell the Solicitor or do we? The reason I'm asking is because I handed all the forms and a cheque to the Solicitor and she said she wont cash the cheque until they no the mortgage has been approved. Well I checked my account today and the cheque was cashed in on Friday. Does that mean the mortgage been approved. I can't contact my IFA because his gone on holiday.
Your help and advice would be most appreciated.
