Im Discharged!!!!

Hi everyone not sure if there is anyone here who remembers me but myself and my husband were bankrupt on 7th January and this forum was our lifesaver during what was an awful time for us .

ANYWAY..... looked on the insolvency register this morning and DISCHRGED even funnier we recieved our letters this morning confirming it all i just cant tell you how relieved we are and wanted to thank everyone :beer:.

Oh and just wondered ...our house was repossessed on 26th May what happens to all the costs incurred for baliffs house cleaning court fees etc etc are they all included i thought they were BUT hubby is still niggled over this

    I see names still on there saying bankrupt - but when you click their surname to check the details it says discharged!!
    Does that mean you stay on that on-line register for ever???
    I do hope not :(

    Nope....you dissapear from the onlive insolvency pages 3mnths after you date of discharge

    although....your searchable on the london gazette web site forever..
