    Awwww - the thing that I'm only really just starting to learn is that if people dump you after a date or two with no explanation, or treat you badly early on in the relationship, then you have to really see it as a lucky escape. Better to see someone's true colours early on, than further down the line, when you are more emotionally involved and it's harder to let go.

    I'm pretty sure that being dumped by someone you like is just as painful whether it happens after 2 dates, or 22, but the recovery time is quicker the earlier in the relationship it happens.

    Mr Sunday - he is coming round tomorrow night and has promised to bring ginger oil. Apparently it's very good for massaging into running aches and pains.
