    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    Have to say I am slightly gutted that I stopped for the toilet now. It was so busy and spent nearly the whole 10k weaving in and out to get past people that I thought there was no point trying to get a time under an hour...oh well that wqill teach me!

    Evening all! Just got back and caught up on the thread, after going for sunday lunch with my sister.

    I'm bright read, didn't notice it at the time.

    BB, I totally agree about weight, I've gone up and down so many times it's ridiculous, I veer from hardly eating to comfort eating. It's one of the things I want to go through with the psychologist, if I ever get to see him/her.

    Toto, I had no idea you were a drummer, my sister's got a band audition this week, any tips for her?

    Pooky, my sister was the opposite, determined to get back under 7st to stop her periods. If you want to talk let me know.
