It's always cheaper to buy the generic version of any medicine if you can at any pharmacy Always ask if you don't know what the generic version of a product is The mark up is terrible on branded products Like Nurofen costs over £2 or so for a box but you can buy Ibubrofen for about 80p Most hayfever tablets and eyedrops you can buy for approx £2 in Asda These are cetrizine and loratadine which you only take one tablet a day So 1 box will last a month for £20

Try using vaseline to coat the nasal opening, it helps as well.0
