It's called Beclomethasone, most pharmacies stock it if you don't want to wait for an online delivery.

It's always cheaper to buy the generic version of any medicine if you can at any pharmacy Always ask if you don't know what the generic version of a product is The mark up is terrible on branded products Like Nurofen costs over £2 or so for a box but you can buy Ibubrofen for about 80p Most hayfever tablets and eyedrops you can buy for approx £2 in Asda These are cetrizine and loratadine which you only take one tablet a day So 1 box will last a month for £2

Try using vaseline to coat the nasal opening, it helps as well.
