what are the forms like that the O.R sends to fill in

The Bankruptcy hearing went well, and i got the BR status, the O.R phoned and that went well, i have gathered all my bank statements and everything she told me to get together,she mentioned she was sending me some forms to fill in and return, what are they like ? she did say that they should have accepted my offers as now they will get nothing, so i gather i have very little if anything to repay, i am just a bit worried about the forms she is sending, are they complicated does anyone know ?

They are just a few forms to sign, nothing to fill in. One is to give them permission to access your HMRC file, one to say you accept your responsibilities as a bankrupt.
Some also send out a new I&E sheet, although many just use the figures from your petition.
