Anyone gone direct?

Has anyone gone direct to a creditor (in my case Vertex Data Systems) to make an offer before they go to court? I've spoken to their solicitors but I have a funny feeling they aren't passing on my offers to the Creditors. Possibly as they want to get their fees!

    Hi MercMan

I don`t know he answer to your query....I would suggest Nat Debtline for quick answer. Having said that anything that you can do to avoid the BR outcome has to be worth a shot.

Personally I think if you go direct to Vertex then you are showing how committed you are to sorting this out.

6th July is getting pretty close.

MercMan i think you are wise to contact them direct because as you point out the lawyers will want there fee and the longer it goes on the bigger bill they can run out. Good luck with it and i would mention that you had made offers before to see if they were ever told......

You could try posting your question on the DFW forum. They have probably had more experience of this than us bc:D.Dx
