Best place to sell an expensive watch?

I've been asked a question I don't know the answer to, but I do know a group of people who will!

Its a rather posh one, the sort James Bond wears!

Any ideas I can pass on?

I've just bought a pre-owned Seamaster off Watches.co.uk - it was recommended by a few people "who move in those circles", and since my purchase I've noticed that they do advertise in a lot of prestige car magazines, Tatler and yachting type magazines, so are certainly targetting the right users.

Obviously EBay but if there is no real feedback on the account that might mean a lower price. A jeweller but price probably not great again. Auction house?

Do some research and see what that model generally sells for and then you will be in a better position.

Also worth advertising on https://www.pistonheads.com - I got a fair bit of interest in an Omega Seamaster I advertised on there
