I thought it was just me i've just emailed them, was meant to be a £25 voucher! Gutted as i told my sister she could have it for her night out tonight.

My first win too (£10)and I'm having the same problem. I typed in my email address and got a message back saying you have already redeemed this voucher or used the wrong email address. I used the contact form to tell them this morning so will wait to see if I get a response.
