well done it is a good day out i have been about 3 times...but not for about 3 years so not sure if it is the same! but the jousting was good, except always alot of wasps in the summer! enjoy your day out congratulations

Well done on your win.

We went a few years back and it was brilliant. We stayed in a hotel right next door. It was a prize OH won so don't know how much it would have cost but we had a family room which was ideal.

We went a couple of weeks ago - me, hubby and my sister and her fiance. It was brilliant, we used to go loads as kids and it was fab to see the jousting again.

It is a bit out of the way though -but if you can get to it, it is well worth the visit!

There are plenty of travel lodge/premier inn type places within a short distance. I'm not sure Park Hall is value for money.

I'm hesitating about this one as it is a bit more and when I've eaten there, the service has been, erm, odd. But still, the bus stop is virtually outside and the food is nice!

but by a really busy roundabout and when I tried to look at the prices, every night I chose was booked up so might not do family rooms.

All of them should be within 5-10 miles of Camelot. There may be more a bit closer but my brain is fried at present.
