Not sure if this is the correct board to put my question but hear goes.
If a LTD company is going to have a CCJ put against it would this be against the registered address or where the bills are sent too?
Its my husbands company which is a LTD company and it is going to forced in liquidation.
The registered address is not our home address but all the invoices are sent to our home.
Many thanks in advance.
