The description reads to be used with Nail gun so it would seem that you do pay for the nails

They have now pulled the page from the web so Im guessing it was a mistake and they will be calling/cancelling all orders placed.

I can't believe their IT dept. is that quick, to spot it and pull it so fast.

Me thinks, someone phoned them to check, which is a surefire way to get any special deal pulled immediately.

    I agree.........some people never learn >:( >:(
  • yes but some people also dont like to chance paying £10 for a small number of nails and then having the hassle of farting about trying to negotiate with the company and perhaps paying to have the goods returned :) especially over the Christmas period  ;D

I'm not sure I like the current trend in spotting obvious pricing errors and incorrect products on a webpage placing an order knowing fair well it is a pricing error and then dragging the companies etc through trading standards etc etc... companies cant afford to keep selling things at a loss and eventually we will see companies either pulling websites and sticking to stores only or perhaps going out of business.

We all love a billy bargain but the lengths some people are prepaired to go to, to get them I'm not sure I like and agree with.

Just my oppinion of course :-X

Do many people seriously complain vociferously if one of these mis-priced items gets cancelled? ???
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
  • Sorry I was speaking generally over a number of bargain type boards I am on... not just this one, although if memory serves me correctly it has happened on here on occasions also.

Just for peoples info I have had my order cancelled, the lady I exchanged emails with was very friendly and quickly sorted it out for me and refunded my card.

You win some you lose some but was worth a punt to get it for the price :)

Merry Xmas to all btw and have a great money saving 2005 ;D :D

So you didn't think the nail gun was a pricing error ::)
What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!
